With this course and its hands-on approach, I feel better prepared for using JQL and finding the tickets that I need.

I have been using Jira for almost a decade, and have used multiple instances across multiple programs and projects, as a tester, a scrum master, and a product owner. So I was pleasantly surprised that I learned several new things in this course! I am currently working in the most complex Jira instance I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and we have many plug-ins and add-ons. Working with dashboards and rich filters now, I really have been wanting to expand my JQL knowledge, and this course does not disappoint.

Quite a good course if you want a good start in learning how to search for tickets in Jira. I have used Jira for years and learnt a few new things.
