Caring for our bodies

Our bodies are important! In order to do the things we want to do we nee to keep them healthy. This includes things like:

  1. Exercise and movement - There’s no perfect exercise, but our bodies need to move

  2. Nutrition - Our bodies need fuel to stay healthy, so picking good options is important

  3. Sleep and rest - While our bodies are built to move, they also need to rest and recover
